About Alpha Sharp
Alpha Sharp Development Partners Inc. (Alpha Sharp) is a Black-owned, vertically integrated, for-profit multifamily real estate development firm in the Puget Sound region of Washington State.
Our team of eight is currently engaged in three active construction multi-family projects (totaling 60 units), five design multi-family projects (adding 300 units), and managing a portfolio of 60 multi-family units. In addition to our multifamily rental developments, we are also designing three townhome projects, which will deliver 30 affordable for-sale units.

Inclusive Wealth Creation: Introduce wealth investment opportunities to black and brown community members who have historically been excluded, paving the way for financial inclusion and prosperity.
